MANILA, Philippines – The weather bureau on Friday morning, November 7, urged Luzon and parts of the Visayas to prepare for the “very intense” and “enormous” tropical cyclone Fung-wong, currently a severe tropical storm outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Fung-wong further intensified outside PAR on Friday morning, with its maximum sustained winds increasing from 95 kilometers per hour to 100 km/h.
